Welcome Message

Welcome to your very own Atelier in the world of IPATH! As a student member of IPATH, you're automatically connected to a large network of academic, real-world knowledge, research and practical experience, with a unique perspective to contribute to the cutting-edge dialogue and initiative at the intersection of transport and health.
We want to find creative ways to keep you and all our student members energized, motivated, connected and contributing; to recognize your value and your ideas in this environment. A few thoughts to get the ideas flowing include developing:
An atelier (French: [atəlje], "workshop" or "studio") is, in English, the private workshop or studio of a professional artist in the fine or decorative arts, where a principal master and a number of assistants, students, and apprentices can work together producing pieces of fine art or visual art released under the master's name or supervision.
We want to find creative ways to keep you and all our student members energized, motivated, connected and contributing; to recognize your value and your ideas in this environment. A few thoughts to get the ideas flowing include developing:
- Business skills (entrepreneurship), including an integrated fiscal and strategic management approach to project management
- Leadership skills through a structured mentoring programme
- A Hot Topic Workshop proposal to submit to ICTH 2018
- Volunteer to help with ICTH and have a student booth
- Plans fund raise and pay for activities (silent auction, raffles, solicit sponsors, etc.)
- Connected ideas for research
- Resume-writing and interviewing skills for the real-world (including proper attire)
- And new ways of having fun through our interactions at a global level!
