o Deposit is refundable if cancelled two (2) weeks prior to arrival o If the reservation is cancelled within two (2) weeks of arrival, the cancellation equivalent to the number of nights cancelled will be charged to the credit card provided Reservations must be received no later than Friday 5th October, 2019. Reservations received after this date are subject to availability and a rate increase. Delegates should book directly with the Pullman hotel by completing the registration form provided below. Please send the completed form to the Pullman reservation team via the email address on the form. The team will make the booking and a confirmation will be sent to you directly. 
Please note that if you are concerned with sending credit card information using the reservation form through email; the Pullman hotel has security in place that locks all credit card details into a program so that ONLY hotel reservation personnel are able to access the system.

Share-A-Room In an effort to assist delegates with the cost of attending ICTH, we will once again offer to help you find a roommate. This is a great way to make a new friend with similar interests. Roommates will be matched based on gender, age and culture. Roommates will be responsible for splitting the cost of the final hotel bill and ensuring that all expenses are paid prior to departure.
